Job Summary
The Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing inventory operations within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all inventory-related tasks are executed efficiently. This role also involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and supporting various administrative functions.

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all inventory-related tasks are executed efficiently. This role also involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to ensure optimal supply.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of products and materials.
- Supervise and train staff in inventory management procedures.
- Manage schedules for inventory audits and stock replenishment.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks related to inventory transactions.
- Assist with event planning related to inventory management activities.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage office functions including multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and calendar management.
- Support human resources functions such as payroll processing and employee training & development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask
- Proven experience in office etiquette or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Experience in vendor management and budgeting processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical office management is beneficial but not required.
- Supervising experience is highly desirable, along with team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in schedule management and calendar coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute positively to our team while ensuring efficient inventory operations.
